The sweetest affection
I was taking the Metro home tonight and there was a couple sitting across from me. They were probably in their late sixties. The man leaned in and kissed the woman. I could not really tell if they were dating or married for thirty years, but when they left the train, they walked to the escalator holding hands. This is what I want.

He's been married twice before, and she's been married once before. They had five kids between them, but one died from drugs, another two don't bother keeping in touch, the fourth one sends Christmas cards only, and the last lives in their basement and smokes pot all day. All of this is just as likely as anything else. I'm just saying...
Oh the cynisism, Kamal!!!
