Today in the Metro a man offered me his seat. Of course I wanted to accept his offer: I was wearing boots with heels and would have preferred not to stand for the duration of the ride. But still I said "No, thank you. I'm okay." He insisted and gave me his seat. That happens so rarely nowadays and completely made my day!
(I just hope he did not think I was pregnant)

Wow, I didn't think men even THOUGHT to give up their seats in this day & age...maybe there is hope for us after all!
