New Year Eve with a Hottie!

I decided to spend last night's New Year eve at home, with some good food, wine, dessert and a hottie. Where do you get a hottie? At the grocery store of course! My choice was Daniel Craig from Casino Royale...and only for a $1!!!

To set the mood, I bought some roses. I then made a quick spinach/artichoke dip from canned artichokes, defrosted spinach, mayo and Parmesan cheese.

New Year eve for me means my favorite Russian potato salad (boiled potatoes, carrots, eggs with pickles, granny smith apple, mayo, red onions and peas). I also made Robyn Webb's BBQ beef (marinated in oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, some smoke flavor, ginger, garlic, and sesame seed oil). Everything turned out delicious!

Dessert: my favorite chocolate candy.

And the best part, I toasted the new year over at Paige's!!!
