A bit of sweetness

The second recipe I am testing for Robyn tonight is Apple Lemon Raisin (or craisin) Strudel.

The strudel is in the oven right now and smells amazing. I cannot wait to taste it (breaking my no eating after 8 pm rule and my one dessert/day rule because earlier today I had one of Stacey's home-made amazing truffles).

Above: layered phyllo dough with sugar/breadcrumbs/cinammon mixture and topped with apple mixture. Below: ready to roll!
And the final result: pure sweetness :)
