This weekend I cooked up a storm!
Once again, I was testing recipes for Robyn Webb. On the menu: leak/spinach soup, butternut squash with parsnips soup, sausage with white beans and tomato stew, and mango lassies.
Quite a bit of food! I was so happy Jenn and Monica stopped by for the sausage with white beans and tomato stew (my favorite out of 4!) and mango lassies.
