Dinner: Spinach "salad"

1) cut up strips of bacon and cook in a pan
2) get rid off most of the bacon fat and let the bacon drain on a paper towel
3) open a can of beets and saute in the remaining bacon fat
4) remove the beets, take the pan off the heat and add in some spinach to slightly wilt it
5) boil a few eggs
6) assemble all of the above ingredients
7) drizzle with a little bit of raspberry vinegar
8) enjoy!
