Let's try pork again

I finally decided to give pork another chance! This past Wednesday I bought bone-in pork chops. First I seared them for a few minutes in combination of olive oil and butter and then put them in the oven at 325 for about 15 minutes. They were definitely better than my original attempts, but still not what I wanted to achieve. I guess next on the list will be a pork tenderloin.
