Dinner: egg rolls

I just made one of the best dinners ever! I had leftover pork/cabbage/carrot mixture from last night. To that I added chopped water chestnuts. I then rolled the mixture inside the egg roll wrappers and cooked the egg rolls in a quarter inch of oil in a pan for about 2 min on each side. So unbelievably good!!!! (Now I'll have to decide what else I can put inside the wrappers)

can you do a post on things people should always have in their refrigerator?
